- Guests may attend up to two Empowerment Gatherings in a consecutive 12-month period.

- Guest registration is $25 per Empowerment Gathering, and all guests must register in advance to attend. * Guest price for September 2026 Empowerment Gathering and Membership Drive is just $10. *

- If a guest registers but does not attend, the registration fee is still due.

Everyone is talking about AI. Few people are showing how to use it in ways that are actually useful.

Join speaker Dr. Sam Zaza for a session designed for busy professionals who want practical ideas, not technical jargon. We'll explore real examples, test a few tools, and work through exercises that help you apply AI to your own goals and challenges.

No experience with AI is required. Come curious and leave with ideas you can use right away.

Help new RUTHERFORD Cable members feel welcomed, connected, and engaged from day one. This training will prepare you to confidently serve as a New Member Guide by reviewing the onboarding process, communication best practices, available resources, and ways to encourage participation in Empowerment Gatherings, committees, and other Cable events.

Whether you're a returning guide or volunteering for the first time, this session will equip you to make a meaningful impact on every new member's experience.

This session is designed for professionals who want to be seen and valued, not overlooked. We'll explore why we downplay our own wins, work through a hands-on exercise you can reuse on any goal and reflect together in small groups.
