April Empowerment Gathering (14 Apr 2026)

Join us for our
Empowerment Gathering

Burnout doesn’t start with exhaustion. It begins in small moments: pushing through stress when you need a break, adding another meeting to a full calendar, and saying yes when you really want to say no. Eventually, these moments accumulate, leaving leaders overwhelmed, disconnected, and running on empty.

In this engaging session, music psychotherapist Allyson Rodgers explores how the nervous system shapes leadership, communication, and workplace culture. Participants will gain insight into how burnout develops, why boundaries are essential for sustainable leadership, and how small shifts in self-regulation can help leaders move from survival mode to more grounded, effective leadership.

Program Overview

Join us for a thought-provoking Read to Lead session featuring Leadership Impact. This book challenges leaders to examine the ripple effects of their choices, communication, and presence—and to intentionally shape the kind of influence they want to have on individuals, teams, and communities.

Session Focus

Through guided discussion and reflection, we’ll explore how leadership is more than position or authority—it is about impact. Participants will be encouraged to connect the book’s insights to their own leadership journeys and consider practical ways to lead with purpose and clarity.

Recognizing the influence of behavior, mindset, and language
Building trust and alignment within teams

The Mentorship Collective is designed to bring women together in an intentional space for shared growth, accountability and inspiration.

Instead of a one-way mentorship model, this program encourages a circle of support – where every participant both gives and gains wisdom.

Together, we will cultivate confidence, leadership and authentic relationships that fuel both personal and professional success.
