The Mentorship Collective, Rutherford Cable’s 2025–2026 mentorship program, has been a meaningful journey of growth, connection, and shared learning.

Join us for our final gathering and celebration as we come together to reflect on the relationships built and the impact made throughout the year.

This special closing session will center around the theme of Collaboration, highlighting the power of working together, supporting one another, and continuing these connections beyond the program.
