RUTHERFORD Cable was founded in 2009 as an affiliate of Nashville Cable and over the years, Nashville Cable’s oversight, advice, and counsel has helped RUTHERFORD Cable to grow into the strong and impact organization it is today—moving women forward!
As we move into our 12th year of affiliation, we believe it is time to refresh our relationship with Nashville Cable and update our own governance documents.
The Governance Committee has been working on this project since June 2019 and we are pleased to announce that the updated affiliation agreement with Nashville Cable and our updated RUTHERFORD Cable and Rutherford CABLE Foundation bylaws were approved by the Nashville Board of Directors in February and received final approval from the Rutherford Board of Directors in March.
Now it is time for Rutherford Cable members to give their approval! The documents are listed below for your review. We will have a vote via email between April 13th – 16th
