Registration is officially open for the RUTHERFORD Cable Mentorship Collective. Join a program built to elevate your leadership, sharpen your goals, and surround you with women who inspire growth.

Program Overview

The RUTHERFORD Cable Mentorship Collective is designed to bring women together in a meaningful, growth-focused environment. Through our circle-of-support approach, every participant becomes both a learner and a leader, sharing wisdom, asking questions, and engaging in thoughtful discussions.

You’ll build leadership skills, expand your network, and gain tools that help you grow personally and professionally.

At our December 4 Launch Event, you’ll get a taste of what’s ahead. Expect interactive activities, introductions, program insights, and conversations that help you connect quickly and start the year feeling supported and inspired.

Get Involved

Join a program that mixes growth, connection, and community. Meet women from all career paths, learn from one another, and form relationships that make a difference.
