As West Counselor for the Tennessee APEX Accelerator, she guides entrepreneurs through the complexities of government contracting, procurement strategy, and supply chain management—turning opportunities into sustainable growth.

With a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca University and a strong background in public service, Veronica combines strategic insight with a people-first approach to solve three critical challenges for small business owners:

Understanding the rules – simplifying regulations, compliance, and procurement requirements.

Building competitive strategies – helping businesses position, price, and present effectively.

Expanding access to opportunities – connecting owners to buyers, partners, and resources that open doors.

Known for her steady, supportive leadership style (S-Type personality), Veronica is a strategic connector who builds trust, nurtures long-term relationships, and advocates for inclusion, equity, and economic impact. Her work is fueled by faith, resilience, and purpose—values that have guided her own journey of reinvention.
