ATHENA Leadership Award & 
ATHENA Young Professional Award


Nominee Elegibility

Nominees must live or work in Rutherford County or one of its immediately surrounding counties.


If a nominee lives or works in Davidson County, the nominee's other qualifying location, home or workplace, must be in Rutherford County or surrounding county. 


Nominaiton Deadline

Submit nominations and payment by

November 6, 2026


Nomination Fees

  • ATHENA Leadership Award nomination: $175
  • ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award nomination:  $175 
    Nominees must be under 40 years of age.
  • Nomination for both awards:  $350

    Each nomination fee includes dinner tickets for the nominee and a judge to attend the 2027 Rutherford ATHENA Award ceremony on May 14, 2027—a total value of $130.


    A nomination is not complete until the fee has been paid.
