The best work in the room doesn't always get noticed, and often it belongs to the person least likely to speak up about it. Everyone deserves to be recognized for their work, but few were ever taught how to do it without feeling like we're bragging. 

This session is designed for professionals who want to be seen and valued, not overlooked. We'll explore why we downplay our own wins, work through a hands-on exercise you can reuse on any goal and reflect together in small groups.
Come curious and leave ready to be seen.
