Thom is the Director of the Center for Professional Selling at Middle Tennessee State University, with over 25 years of experience in sales and new business development. He has held various roles, including Vice President of Sales, and has worked with corporations such as Century II, Paychex, and NFIB. Thom is committed to providing world-class sales education and training students to be productive from day one. He also connects businesses with high-quality sales applicants, helping students and the business community succeed. Thom is a bestselling author and a third-generation entrepreneur who deeply understands what clients want and need. Outside of work, he invests time and energy in various community organizations, including as the President and founder of C|SUITE, an invitation-only networking organization, and the founder of the UnStuck Business Academy. Thom's family is an important part of his life, with three sons/daughters-in-law and four grandsons.
