The Hot Topics committee is kicking off the new year with an exciting new session! Ready to have your contributions noticed and valued? Join us on January 29th for “Advocate Your Worth Through Confident Negotiation” presented by Dr. Kristie Abston, member & MTSU professor.

This interactive session will share simple strategies to communicate your worth and negotiate what you deserve with confidence. You will learn how to turn your contributions into a compelling story. Whether you want to ask for a raise, take the lead on a project, or be recognized by colleagues, this session will provide useful tools for advocating for yourself in any setting.
