 Lead Like a CEO - From Operator to Owner Mindset



Lead Like a CEO - From Operator to Owner Mindset is an interactive leadership workshop designed to help leaders move from day-to-day execution into strategic, ownership-level leadership.

Participants will explore how they lead under pressure, identify common leadership blind spots, and better understand how their leadership style influences decision-making, team dynamics, and results. The session emphasizes practical self-awareness, real-world application, and intentional leadership choices.

A brief pre-work Leadership Self-Check will be completed prior to the session to deepen reflection and maximize engagement during the workshop.

Key outcomes include:

Increased awareness of leadership blind spots
Stronger decision-making through a CEO-level lens
Practical tools leaders can apply immediately
