New Member Orientation



The RUTHERFORD Cable New Member Orientation is designed to warmly welcome new members and help them feel confident, connected, and supported from day one.

This interactive session introduces members to:
• RUTHERFORD Cable's mission and leadership
• The organization’s core programs
• Opportunities for professional growth, community involvement, and meaningful networking

Attendees will also learn how to:
• Maximize their membership
• Get involved in committees and events
• Leverage Rutherford CABLE as a resource for leadership development and business success

Members will leave the session feeling informed, empowered, and excited to engage.
