Become a New Member Guide!

Help new RUTHERFORD Cable members feel welcomed, connected, and engaged from day one. This training will prepare you to confidently serve as a New Member Guide by reviewing the onboarding process, communication best practices, available resources, and ways to encourage participation in Empowerment Gatherings, committees, and other Cable events.

Whether you're a returning guide or volunteering for the first time, this session will equip you to make a meaningful impact on every new member's experience.
